How does ordering at short notice for my event work?

To be able to accept payments at your event, you need two things: an acceptance contract for the common payment methods with Worldline and an order for the desired number of terminals from wallee. Please apply for / order both separately. The order does not matter, but please note that your terminal order will only be sent after you have successfully applied for an acceptance contract.

When will my terminal be delivered?

After ordering the terminals from wallee (To the terminal order) and successfully applying for an acceptance contract with Worldline (Apply now), the delivery time is usually approx. 2-3 days. Please note that terminals will only be shipped after a successful application for an acceptance contract. Confirmation of a successful application is automatically sent to us and all terminals ordered are then dispatched.
What do I do after concluding the card acceptance agreement?

After concluding the contract, you will receive a link to order the payment terminal via our partner wallee. Payment is made directly in the wallee online store.
Where can I find an overview of my card transactions?

Our free online portal myPortal is available for an overview of all transactions; you will receive the link and access data by e-mail. myPortal gives you round-the-clock access to all cashless payments. The online customer portal offers you a structured overview of your transactions and payouts. All information is also available for you to download. Numerous filter functions allow you to search for individual transactions and details. In addition, myPortal supports the financial reconciliation processes between payments, transactions and your accounting.

Please return the device to wallee immediately so that we can evaluate the case in conjunction with your description. Technical defects that occurred on their own are covered by our warranty. If the device has been damaged by improper use (dropped, water damage, impact, etc.), we will have to charge the device price.
Can the terminal be used together with a cash register?
